You have dream safari to see Gorillas of Bwindi and have time to relax after the trip? This 4 day Luxury gorilla trekking tour to Bwindi is then perfect for you. You will spend 2 days in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park located in southwestern Uganda and home to half of the endangered mountain gorillas (approximately 400 individuals). Depending on availability of gorilla permits at the time of confirmation, you may trek gorillas in Buhoma, Ruhija, Rushaga or Nkuringo and then you will drive to Lake Bunyonyi after the trip to relax and take in the whole experience of Gorilla tracking and you have time for recreational activities around the lake Lodge.

DAY TO DAY ITINERARY
DAY 01: ARRIVAL
Today you will arrive at Entebbe international Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by our representative who will then transfer you to your accommodation for an overnight.

DAY 02: FLY TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE FOREST NATIONAL PARK, AFTERNOON BATWA COMMUNITY VISIT
After breakfast, you will start your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your flight to Kisoro Aistrip. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide and drive to Bwindi. In the afternoon, you may choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community which will expose you to their culture basing on how they live, dance, and also hearing stories concerning their culture which will leave you amazed.

DAY 03: GORILLA TREKKING
After breakfast with your packed lunch, your guide will drive you to the park headquarters for briefing about the do’s and don’ts during your gorilla trekking. Your gorilla trekking experience will start immediately after the briefing. This is a memorable and an amazing experience watching the Mountain gorillas feed, play around and also do their day to day activities. This activity can take 2 hours or even up to 8 hours since it is dependent on the location and movement of the gorillas. Also expect to walk long distances in muddy and steep conditions- this will require you to have a walking stick. On meeting the gorillas, you will spend one hour with them as you take photos and observe their subtle social interactions, remarkable behaviors closely resembling our own. Later, trek back to the park headquarters to pick your certificates and return back to the lodge.

DAY 4: FLY TO ENTEBBE AND DEPART
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kisoro Airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe. You will then connect to your flight back home.
